A company is looking for a Supervisor Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the LTSS department, including service plan development and coordination of benefits
Serve as a subject matter expert for LTSS training for internal and external audiences
Support coordination of LTSS with other clinical and social services to enhance participant care quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Pennsylvania licensed RN, LSW, or LPC required
1 to 3 years of leadership and / or supervisory experience
3 years working in social service or healthcare-related field
Experience working with people with disabilities or seniors in need of LTSS
