Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 9 : 00am–6 : 00pm | Friday, 9 : 00am–5 : 00pm (On-site)
Salary Range : $50,000 – $60,000 (Based on Experience)

We're seeking a Sales Assistant with industry experience to join our fast-paced, collaborative sales team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the inner workings of private label or wholesale apparel, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and wants to make a direct impact on the sales lifecycle—from development to delivery.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support key account sales across categories, acting as a liaison between internal teams and retail partners. Your role ensures product timelines, accuracy, and client satisfaction are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sales and Product Development teams in executing seasonal strategies and growth targets
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts; support day-to-day communication with buyers and merchandisers
- Track and manage sample requests, shipments, and approvals with overseas factories
- Prepare sales tools : buy sheets, cost sheets, sales decks, and post-showroom recaps
- Enter and follow up on sales orders, POs, and EDI updates; proactively flag and resolve issues
- Collaborate with design, tech, and production to meet client expectations and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor production calendars and development timelines to ensure on-time shipment
- Organize sales data and prepare reports that support planning and decision-making
- Maintain internal systems with accurate style and attribute details (Excel, Klink, PLM)
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in the apparel industry, preferably in private label or wholesaleFamiliarity with retail math, costing, and sales order workflowsBachelor’s degree preferredStrong communication skills — both written and verbalExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficiency in Excel; PLM (OnePLM / FlexPLM), VSR, and Klink experience is a plusSelf-starter who works well independently and within cross-functional teamsWhy Join Us?
