We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Technician with a strong background in Distech, Honeywell Niagara Tridium, and Johnson Controls Facility Explorer (FX) systems. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated professional with a solid field service background in programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of building automation systems (BAS) for commercial HVAC applications.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Salary : $80,000 – $100,000 annually
Relocation Package : Up to $5,000 (based on distance)

Key Responsibilities :
- Program, commission, and troubleshoot BAS systems including Distech, Niagara Tridium, and JCI FX platforms
- Develop and implement custom Niagara logic and JCI FX controller configurations
- Design and deploy intuitive, web-based BAS graphics and dashboards
- Execute system startups, validate operations, and optimize control sequences
- Integrate BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks communication protocols
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to meet project goals
- Perform on-site diagnostics and provide field technical support
- Interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and control submittals
- Maintain thorough documentation, including programming files and commissioning reports
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 1 year of hands-on BAS experience (programming and commissioning)Proficient in Niagara Tridium (AX and N4), Distech Controls, and JCI FX ToolExperience in BAS graphics development and creating user dashboardsStrong field experience : sensor calibration, loop tuning, system startupsFamiliarity with TCP / IP networks, IP addressing, and integration protocolsAbility to read and interpret control drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical plansField service experience diagnosing BAS issues preferredPreferred Qualifications :
