Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with PRS’ stakeholder groups (Underwriting, Operations, Risk Consulting, Sales, Claims, Marketing) and Product to understand implementation needs and ensure proper communication and training as warranted for new product driven changes.
- Identify upfront impact to PRS stakeholder groups of proposed new changes at a state-specific level that may not be recognized by others as having an impact
- Participate in strategic project prioritization discussions with product leadership, and be available to all Product team members as a resource for guidance on possible impacts when changes are being considered
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, which includes identifying key focus areas, test case creation and execution. Partnering with stakeholders on defect prioritization, corrections and signoff.
- For larger rollout initiatives, identify any adverse trends post implementation and work with project leads to close any gaps in requirements, communication, training, etc.
- Ensure a continuous feedback loop with PRS stakeholder groups to support their understanding of core strategies and make required adjustments following the implementation of a project
- Track project implementation needs, issues and solutions for large initiatives
Work seamlessly across PRS departments and influence and guide those outside of direct reporting structure

Bachelor of Arts or Science degreeMinimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Insurance, ideally with Underwriting, Operations and / or Process workflow experienceThe pay range for the role is $71,200 to $96,468. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
