Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Troy, MI. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Other day-to-day tasks include developing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, conducting training and development sessions, and providing guidance to management on HR-related issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management and HR compliance laws
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies
• Experience with managing employee benefits programs and conducting training sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
