In This Role

You will join a team focused on driving innovation and building scalable tooling to capture and measure customer insights across multiple business areas. The role offers a mix of collaborative and independent work, including developing applications, dashboards, and intelligent agents, as well as documenting processes and reporting metrics. This position provides the opportunity to work on cutting-edge business solutions, leveraging low-code platforms, analytics tools, and AI-powered agents to enable operational excellence and improve customer engagement outcomes.

Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

• Establish and maintain reporting aligned with business engagements and operational outcomes.
• Project manage creation of new reporting to track initiatives and measure incremental business opportunities.
• Define metrics, data sources, semantic model requirements, and wireframes / storyboards for executive dashboards.
• Develop schedules and plans for executive communications, ensuring milestones, alignment, and readiness for leadership review.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state : $115,000 - $125,000 USD / annually. The salary / wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
