Join Our Team at Siemens Mobility in Boston

Siemens Mobility has a new opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator at our Boston, MA facility. We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized individual to ensure a quick turnaround of materials for 3 projects : ACS-64, ALC-42 and our new Airo project. If you are a detail-oriented individual and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your ideal position.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Maintain compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, and regulations.
• Ensure the highest quality standards are met in accordance with Siemens.
• Organizational ability - (schedules, records, materials, time, etc.).
• Time Management - (material schedule, lead times, work / life balance, special projects, etc.).
• Material Management- (transit to / from, unit allocation, lead time awareness, cores, unscheduled needs, etc.).
• Communication Management - (reports, updates, requests and directions with all required partners).
• Interact with the leadership as needed on all site issues, systems, and related facility operations.
• Liaison Management - (ability to make and maintain good relationships with customers, coworkers, clients, and all other associates as necessary throughout the workday.).
• Record Management - (Service Orders, Work Orders, MDR’s, Serial Numbers, Emails, Core returns, etc.).
