Starting at $16 / hr during training, climbing all the way to $25 / hr. Actively participate in regular training sessions to stay abreast of industry trends and adopt best practices in detailing services. Uphold company policies and procedures, contributing to a harmonious work environment that values teamwork and collaboration. Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Smith's Auto Salon with the utmost professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. Execute detailing services with meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. Collaborate seamlessly with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and exceed customer expectations. Efficiently manage your time to meet client appointments and service deadlines, demonstrating punctuality and professionalism.
