Administrative Assistant – Woodland Hills, CA ($25–$28 / hr.)
About the Role :
We’re seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant for our client near Woodland Hills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience and be highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Location : near Woodland Hills, CA
Compensation : $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule : Full-time, on-site
Responsibilities :
Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
Handle phone calls and emails professionally
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and other office tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and work independently
Pay Details : $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
