Comprehensive Autism Center (CAC) is seeking Behavior Therapists (BT) to train and become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). We provide both center-based and home-based services to families in Southern California, and we're looking for individuals who are excited to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children living with autism.

Provide one-on-one, behaviorally-based therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in both center-based and home-based settings as part of your role.Follow a structured, research-based curriculum tailored to each child's needs.Participate in our online and hands-on training, receiving mentorship from experienced BCBAs who offer real-time feedback.Utilize hand-held technology for real-time data collection to help you track your progress and development.Work part-time (up to 29 hours per week) with the potential to transition to full-time.Requirements
A strong commitment to working with CAC and the families we serve.High School Diploma or equivalent (required).Entry-level position with a willingness to learn and grow.Reliable transportation to commute to both center-based and home-based service locations.Clear background checks (Fingerprint and FBI / DOJ).Proof of TB clearance.Experience working with children (required).You may be a great fit if you have experience in fields such as : Autism, Babysitting, Special Education, Therapy, Tutoring, Childcare, Sociology, Psychology, Behavior Specialist, Preschool Teaching, Healthcare, and more!
