Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Director of Marketing is a dynamic results-driven leader responsible for shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives that fuel brand awareness, deepen customer engagement and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role champions the organization’s brand storytelling, leads impactful customer and community engagement efforts, protects and enhances Express Wash Concept’s reputation and delivers on grand openings. The Director of Marketing ensures marketing touchpoints reflect brand promise and strengthens market penetration.

Duties / Responsibilities

Drive customer acquisition, retention and referral programs through innovative and results-focused marketing strategies.

Lead, mentor, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team; assign tasks, provide feedback and support professional growth.

Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, email, social media, print and event-based marketing to maximize reach and engagement.

Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization and performance management to ensure timely delivery and strong ROI.

Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance, KPIs and ROI to inform continuous improvement and strategic direction.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen brand positioning.

Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Sales to plan and execute impactful events such as Groundbreakings, Founders Club Presale Promotions, Ribbon Cuttings, Free Wash Weeks, and GO Club promotions.

Guide the development of engaging, on brand content for direct mail, websites, social media and other marketing platforms.

Partner cross-functionally with HR, Development, Engineering, Operations and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and company objectives.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with internal teams and external partners and customers.

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously

Focus on delivering high-quality experiences.

Strong project management and organizational skils

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field.

5-8 years of marketing experience with at least 2 in a leadership role.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds

Willing and able to travel to sites as needed.
