A company is looking for a Documentation Contractor, Support - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the support team to identify, document, and standardize support processes
Create and format clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various support scenarios
Establish version control and review processes to keep SOPs updated as products and processes evolve
Required Qualifications
Proven experience developing SOPs for customer service or technical support teams
Excellent documentation skills with the ability to simplify complex processes
Strong interviewing skills to extract information from subject matter experts
Experience with documentation tools and knowledge base platforms
Understanding of quality assurance principles and performance metrics in customer support
