    Our facility near Miami, FL, is seeking a Locum Anesthesiologist to start immediately and provide ongoing coverage. The need arises due to a transition in staffing, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Anesthesiologist to join our dedicated team. As part of a hospital-based practice setting, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

  • Practice Setting : Hospital Based
  • Documentation System / EMR : EPIC
  • Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day : 80
  • Supervision of CRNAs : Not Required
  • Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice : 20
  • Patient Age Demographic : 16+
  • Number of Operating Rooms : 14

    • Required Procedures :

    As a Locum Anesthesiologist, you'll be responsible for administering anesthesia and managing patients throughout various surgical procedures, including but not limited to :

  • General Surgical Cases (Adult)
  • Minor Nerve Blocks
  • IV Regional Anesthesia
  • Thoracic Cases (Except Open Heart)
  • Complex Orthopedic Cases
  • Spinal Anesthesia
  • Regional Anesthesia
  • Neurosurgical Cases
  • Acute Pain Management Procedures

    • Submission Requirements :

    To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements :

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesia : Required
  • Florida License : Required
  • ACLS, BLS Certification : Required
  • Provider Must be Local
