We're seeking a Staffing Business Development Manager (Senior Producer track) to expand our executive and management search partnerships. This position is ideal for an experienced producer with a verifiable book of business ($300K $1M+ in direct hire fees) who can secure new retained and contingency client relationships at the $25K $50K+ per search level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and close retained and contingency search agreements ranging from $25K $50K+ in fees.
- Leverage inbound leads, past accounts, and warm client introductions to generate new business opportunities.
- Execute outbound business development across multi-unit restaurant groups (5 100+ units), hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to fulfill client needs and deliver high-quality placements.
- Earn commissions on every retainer, placement, and renewal - with no cap on earnings.
Qualifications
