Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and machining operations. Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and computer proficiency. ASQ certification is a plus. Quality Engineer
Location : Webster, Wisconsin – located in scenic Northwestern Wisconsin, with convenient access to the Twin Cities

What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage the quality function across the manufacturing facility.
- Administer and continuously improve the quality program to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead supplier certification efforts, ISO system implementation, and act as the Quality Management Representative .
- Provide proactive quality assurance support using statistical and non-statistical tools.
- Supervise and develop team members, building a culture of quality and accountability.
