Hematology / Oncology Physician

Dates of Coverage- ASAP for up to 12 months

Clinic Schedule (ASAP) -

8a-5p, 3-4 days / week with 8-10 patients a day.

CALL (Clinic Pts. Only) : every other weekend (receive 0-2 calls / weekend) and some holidays.

Setting - Primarily Outpatient

EMR - Cerner

Support Staff - 1 MA & RN per physician

Resources - Infusion Center w / Oncology certified RN's and Chemo Pharmacy, Designated Community Comprehensive Cancer Center (by American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer)

Additional Questions :

• Who handles admitting : Hospitalists
• Rounding hours : As needed, either none or few times / week, seeing 1-2 pts at a time
• Acute leukemia or malignant hem? comfortable treating benign Hem pts.
• Is the practice a solo setting? no
