Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Accounting Clerk to join our team supporting a small family of companies in the private aviation sector. Your work will provide critical accounting support for our growing business that offers a comprehensive suite of services including Aircraft Management, Charter, Acquisition and Disposition of Private Aircraft, Aircraft Appraisals and Consultation Services.

This is an in-office position located near The Star in Frisco, Texas.

Responsibilities include :

• Set up clients / jobs / estimates from contracts
• Create client invoices and ensure timely collections
• Monitor incoming payments and apply payments in accounting software
• Set up vendors and track W9s
• Process all companies accounts payable in an accurate and timely manner
• Record all vendor payments in accounting software
• Communicating with vendors regarding payment status, invoice requests and inquiries as needed
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of 1099s
• Other tasks, as needed
