A company is looking for a Pharmacy Help Desk Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Answer telephone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Document calls and educate clients on plan policies and procedures
Resolve client drug benefit concerns and facilitate prior authorization requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
1 year of customer service / member service experience in a call center or similar required
Health care industry experience is a plus
CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus
Experience in a pharmacy support role and knowledge of Medicare guidelines is a plus
