## Sr. Director Product Management, Marketer Experience

• Own product strategy / definition, vendor management, and feature deployment for the end to end associate experience used by thousands of marketers at Capital One
• Develop enterprise strategy in partnership with lines of businesses for evolution of tools, capabilities and processes to accelerate our marketing campaign creation and execution.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for our products and processes - understanding the end to end Messaging and MarTech stack and identifying opportunities for innovation, modernization and simplification.
• Drive alignment with executive leadership, cross-functional teams across the companies and, and third parties.

• At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date : + A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) + A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
• At least 5 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience in Marketing or Marketing Technology
• MBA or Master’s degree
