ERM Project Manager, Principal Associate
Capital One's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Team has responsibility for helping the overall organization identify, manage, and mitigate key risks that may keep the company from achieving its strategic objectives. ERM is currently seeking a Principal Project Manager who will be responsible for managing implementation and enhancement projects for a diverse set of initiatives, with a broad range of complexity and scale.
This Principal Project Manager role requires the ability to develop and manage project plans, revising as needed to meet changing needs and requirements; leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent; maintain key project and process documentation and manage risks / issues as appropriate; and effectively communicate to ensure delivery. This role will effectively drive project and process efforts by applying their expertise, organization, and influencing skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strong project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work in a dynamic environment. In addition, very strong communication and partnership skills are essential for engaging with key stakeholders to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
