Key Responsibilities
Create a welcoming office environment and manage logistics for the Denver hub
Support onboarding processes and ensure compliance with HR policies
Drive culture and engagement initiatives, gathering employee feedback and insights
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with HR systems and office tools; familiarity with HiBob, Deel, or Sequoia One is a plus
Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative attitude and adaptability
