CDL-A OTR Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced CDL-A OTR truck drivers for long-haul assignments offering competitive pay, consistent home time, and modern equipment.

Compensation : $0.50–$0.65 per mile based on experience and domicile, plus a performance bonus of $0.10 per mile paid weekly.

Average weekly mileage : Approximately 2,500 miles.

Home time / Schedule : Weekly or bi-weekly options with a 34–48 hour reset; typically drivers earn one day at home for every 5–6 days worked.

Equipment and freight : Modern 2022–2025 Cascadia and Peterbilt tractors (automatic). Freight is primarily dry van, no-touch, with approximately 70% drop-and-hook operations.

Primary responsibilities :

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transport dry van freight on assigned OTR routes, adhering to schedules and delivery instructions.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customer sites.
