Position Summary

The Inside Sales - Retail Sales Account Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with independent and small-chain retail stores across a designated territory. This remote position focuses on nurturing customer accounts, increasing product sales, and supporting the growth of Azure’s presence in retail locations nationwide. The ideal candidate excels in communication, thrives in a mission-driven environment, and can drive results through proactive outreach and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail accounts, supporting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Provide product education, promotional support, and merchandising guidance tailored to each account.

Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot), including call notes, sales activities, and account status.

Participate in virtual team meetings and occasional in-person sales meetings or trade shows (limited travel required).
