Head Varsity Softball Coach

St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System is seeking a dedicated

• Head Varsity Softball Coach
• for the 2024-2025 season.
• Position Details :
• Season Dates : March - June, 2025
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, late afternoons, occasional weekends, and travel to away matches.
• Application Requirements :
• Submit a resume highlighting specific softball coaching experiences.
• Responsibilities :
• Inspire, motivate, encourage and develop each student athlete
• Teach proper techniques, rules, and strategies of softball
• Model sportsmanship and uphold values of our school system.
• Lead and grow an interscholastic program rooted in educational-based principals for athletics.
• Minimum Qualifications :
• Knowledge of softball strategies and coaching methods required
• Previous softball coaching experience, preferably in an educational setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, parents and community
• Compensation :
• Nominal stipend
