  • Licenses : Active Illinois license or IMLC in-hand required.
  • Board : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
  • DEA : Active DEA Certification required.
  • Certifications : ACLS, BLS.
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year in specialty.
  • Other Qualifications : None specified.

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide urology services in clinic, OR, and hospital settings.
  • Perform cystoscopies and general urology procedures.
  • Participate in weekday night call coverage.
  • Respond to ER and inpatient consults as needed.
