Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Naperville, IL. This role involves applying behavior analysis principles to support individuals in educational or clinical settings, ensuring measurable progress and positive outes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify needs and goals
• Provide direct supervision and training to staff working with clients
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to promote consistent strategies
• Ensure pliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines
