Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI St. Gabriel's Health is actively recruitinga Physician to join our well established clinic in Little Falls, Minnesota. This position is in direct response to expanding services needs of thevibrant communities we serve.

The ideal candidate forthis position will be :

• Must be a BE / BC Family Medicine w / OB Physician
• Experienced inFamily Medicine with a desire to work in a traditional primary care clinic setting
• Full time 40-hour work week
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model
• Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities
• This practice model supports outpatient clinic operations

A short drive to the north takes you to Camp Ripley where you can spend time at the Minnesota Military Museum or the Camp Ripley Environmental Center. Just to the east of Camp Ripley you have the opportunity to honor veterans with a visit to the breathtaking Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery. Pay Range

$180.38 - $189.40 / hour
