The Communications team is actively searching for an Audio-Visual Integration Technician I to design and maintain existing AV installations around the Naples campus and remote US locations. This includes support for production studios, meeting spaces, digital signage, and conference rooms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the design, programming, configuration, and installation of audio-visual systems.
• Participate in architecture discussions and planning with IT and Facilities teams.
• Manages the maintenance and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment.
• Conducting comprehensive quality checks of all installs.
• Manage assigned projects and service tickets.
• Manage A / V equipment inventory.
• Provide backup support services for live events or studio productions.
• Understanding of networking including TCP / IP, UDP, and IP schemas.
• Provide customer input represented in both technical and business terms with descriptive requirements to ensure the value of the project is realized.
• Provide troubleshooting in crisis situations for users.
• Create end-user and internal AV team documentation.
• Provide after-hours support via an on-call rotation.
• Some travel is required to support remote locations around the US.
