Overview

Talent Acquisition Lead at Talimer | Helping Organizations Improve Processes and Achieve Goals Utilizing I / O Psychology Strategies

Talimer’s client, an agency that combines marketing, advertising, and sales services to fuel their clients' success. They are looking for an experienced Cascade CMS Web Developer to provide support for their client's higher education web project currently in progress. The current developer put their notice in, with their last day being October 20th, and they need someone to take over their responsibilities. This candidate will also work closely with their creative team and the client’s stakeholders to implement page templates and build out the full site. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of building sites in Cascade CMS.

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : Contract, Part-time, with an average of 35 hours per week

Compensation : Maximum of $45 / hr. as a W2 employee

Benefits : Talimer talent working 30+ hours / week for 30 consecutive business days are eligible for medical, dental, and optional vision insurance, life insurance and PTO accrual; 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match available for enrollment after 90 days.

Technology : Talent must provide their own device / software

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement web pages in Cascade CMS, based on approved mockups and templates
  • Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to ensure fidelity to design and branding
  • Maintain accessibility, performance, and mobile-responsiveness standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any CMS-related issues during development
  • Communicate progress regularly with internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Ensure site readiness for launch, including testing and QA

Requirements

  • Ability to interpret design mockups and translate them into functional web pages
  • Familiarity with web accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices
  • Self-directed, reliable, and able to manage deadlines in a remote environment
  • Must be able to commit up to 35 hours per week, with flexibility based on availability
  • Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of Cascade’s scripting and content reuse features
  • Experience working on higher education web projects
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
  • Prior experience working with remote creative teams
  • All candidates must be located and authorized to work in the United States. Talimer does not sponsor work visas. No C2C
