RN or LPN - Flex Float Nurse - Premium Pay

Job Description

Seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to serve in a flex float position at Oak Crossing, Essentia Health's highly rated long-term care facility in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. This RN or LPN works a flexible schedule including day, evening, and night shifts. A generous hourly premium is available to this flexible employee : $3 hourly for LPN and $5 hourly for RN, in addition to any shift premiums paid. Weekend and holiday rotations are required. RNs qualify for a sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance as well.

Registered Nurse ($36.69-$$55.04 based on experience) :

Responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and / or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Licensed Practical Nurse ($24.94-$37.41 based on experience) :

A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of primarily elderly patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment / instrumentation, and other health care team members. Works both cooperatively and independently, to work efficiently under stress.
