Capstone Logistics, LLC Joliet, IL (Onsite) Full-Time

Shift : 1st shift : 6 : 00 AM - Finish (Monday - Friday) 2nd shift : 2 : 00 PM - Finish (Monday - Friday) 3rd shift : 10 : 00 PM - Finish (Sunday - Thursday) 4th shift : 6 : 00AM-6 : 00PM (12 hours every Saturday & Sunday + 2 weekday shifts of your choice)

Schedule will be set at time of hire. Compensation : Potential to earn over $1,200 paid weekly

As a Lead for Capstone Logistics, you are the backbone of our operation. You are the person that your team looks to for example. You help eliminate any barriers that may hinder their ability to complete their job.

Duties will be : Unloading Pre-Shift meetings Stretching exercises before each shift. Safety observations Support management Coaching Training Communication with leadership This is the next step in an associate's path to management You will learn all aspects of receiving / unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision Work with a high level of direct contact with partner's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations

• You will learn all aspects of receiving / unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand
