A company is looking for a Support Specialist (Bilingual - English / Spanish) to manage first-level incoming requests from merchants and integrated software vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complex inbound and outbound requests, providing solutions to technical support inquiries

Document all client service inquiries and issues for tracking purposes

Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively address client concerns

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred

4+ years of customer service-related experience

2+ years of call center service-related experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Proficient understanding of the credit card and payment solutions industries is a plus
