The Senior Strategist spearheads the development and management of compelling environmental proposals across various industries and client types, oversees complex bid processes, and drives innovation in our proposal writing and presentation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to complex proposal development for our environmental service line
• Orchestrate proposal kickoffs, brainstorming sessions, and strategy development
• Craft client-focused strategies with key messaging and differentiators
• Align proposal approaches with client needs and preferences
• Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and compliance
• Ensure timely, compliant proposal submissions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position proposals for success
• Guide content creation to address client requirements
• Analyze the competitive landscape
• Coordinate with creative team for visual enhancements
• Coach technical team for presentations
• Leverage past performance data for future strategies
• Monitor and report on regional market trends
• Mentor or manage junior marketing team members and contribute to professional development
• Engage in ongoing professional development
