Assignment Length : 13 weeks, ongoing until permanent hire is secured

Location : Prosser, WA

Employment Type : Locum Tenens 1099

Schedule & Coverage

8-hour days, 3 4 days per week (flexible start / end)

No call

Outpatient clinic setting new clinic to support existing cancer center

Practice Details

Patient volume : 8 12 / day

Support staff : Physician, NP, RNs, Medical Assistant

No infusions, BMT, or breast oncology

Must be comfortable in smaller, independent practice settings

Requirements

Board Eligible accepted (ABIM Hem / Onc)

WA license or IMLC (will consider licensing)

2 years of procedure / case logs required

Credentialing : Hospital 30 days Payor enrollment 90 days (not always required)
