Arkansas Talent Group's Executive Search Team is working with a large, reputable, and established CPA Firm in Little Rock to help them find a Tax Partner for their organization! We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to join a dynamic, growth-focused CPA firm with a strong regional presence. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in tax planning and compliance, proven leadership in client service and team development, and a passion for driving growth in specialized industry sectors. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented tax team, manage a diverse portfolio of clients, and contribute to the strategic direction of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple, complex tax engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax services to clients across various industries
• Serve as a primary advisor to clients, providing comprehensive tax planning, compliance, and consulting services
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies for clients, including research and memoranda on complex tax issues
• Mentor, supervise, and develop tax staff and managers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of each clients business and industry
• Generate new business from existing and prospective clients, contributing to the firms continued growth and market presence
• Oversee client billing, collections, and engagement profitability, ensuring adherence to professional standards and firm policies
• Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and before taxing authorities as needed
• Stay current on changes in tax law and maintain required continuing professional education (CPE)
• Contribute to firm leadership through participation in strategic planning, business development, and staff training initiatives
