Resident Services Associate

Staffmark is hiring a Resident Services Associate in Harbor City, CA! Join our Family Resource Center team to support residents of all ages by assisting with after-school programs, connecting residents to community services, providing translation, and helping coordinate events. This role offers hands-on experience in youth development and community engagement.

Pay : $25 / hour

Shift : 1st shift

What You'll Be Doing :

• Assist with running the after-school program
• Build trust and relationships with residents
• Help link residents to community programs and services through information and referrals
• Provide translation and interpretation support for residents
• Support food distribution efforts
• Distribute newsletters and flyers promoting onsite activities and programs
• Assist with coordinating community events and recruiting service organizations
• Maintain resident attendance and service data, surveys, and referrals
