Our client, a well-established civil engineering firm, is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer (EIT) to join their Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H) team in Houston. This role offers hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in drainage, land development, and transportation.

Position Overview

This opportunity is ideal for an early-career civil engineer who wants exposure to both design and modeling while working directly with senior engineers and project managers. Youll be joining a five-person H&H group within a mid-sized, stable firm that prioritizes professional development and long-term growth.

This is an in-office only position with flexible work hours available.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform H&H modeling and drainage design for civil infrastructure projects.
• Support drafting and production work in AutoCAD / Civil 3D.
• Assist senior project managers and engineers on multidisciplinary projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, with opportunities to support land development and transportation work.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, design documents, and project deliverables.
