A company is looking for a Pharmacist-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Review prescriber medication orders for safety and efficacy, approving medications for dispensing

Evaluate medication therapy and make recommendations to healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Provide drug information and counsel patients on medication usage, effects, and side effects

Required Qualifications

PharmD or equivalent degree in Pharmacy

Active pharmacist license in the relevant state

Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting

Knowledge of ASHP standards of pharmaceutical care

Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
