Our client is seeking motivated Mortgage Collections Representatives to join their growing remote team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in mortgage servicing while helping homeowners get back on track.

In this role, you’ll contact borrowers to resolve delinquent mortgage accounts, negotiate repayment options, and ensure compliance with all regulations. You’ll maintain accurate account documentation, meet performance goals, and provide excellent customer service in every interaction.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, collections, or a call center environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential. A quiet home workspace, reliable internet connection (25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload), and flexibility to work evenings or weekends are required.

Bilingual English / Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience with FHA, VA, or Conventional loans is a plus.
