Director of Care Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Care Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Enhanced Care Management program to meet delivery targets

Grow and manage a multi-disciplinary care operations team, including case managers and nurses

Manage the P&L for the service line and design workflows to enhance scalability and patient experience

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in operations, with 5+ years in leadership roles for clinical teams

Experience managing a P&L, including understanding unit economics

Proven track record in healthcare with knowledge of regulatory requirements

Strong collaboration skills with various teams including product and finance

Passion for addressing complex chronic needs in underserved populations
