On-site Estimator

On-site Estimator role works in collaboration with Customer Service Associates to provide customers with accurate and timely estimates regarding watch repairs. Qualified candidates will have experience working with mechanical watches and familiarity with watches. While being a certified Watchmaker is not necessarily required, experience working with luxury watches in an aftersales service repair capacity is. Attention to detail as well as basic computer skills are required. The abilities to follow very clear standard operation procedures; integrate knowledge and policies into decision making; as well as to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms are also required.

Estimating jobs for quick service. Providing pricing information. Providing subject matter expertise and escalation point Assessing watches technically and aesthetically Ensuring data integrity Interpreting customer's wishes Following Company policy Writing very clear estimates Performing quick service jobs Making revisions on estimates as required
