WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time Insurance Claims Advocate role with a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM , with overtime available when needed. You'll work alongside a supportive, high-performing team that values accountability and collaboration.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As an Insurance Claims Advocate, you'll take charge of a rotating caseload of insurance claims, seeing them through from intake to resolution. You'll regularly communicate with clients and insurance carriers by phone and email, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring progress. When settlement offers come in, you'll analyze the details and negotiate with adjusters to secure higher payouts that reflect the true value of the work completed. You'll evaluate policy documents, scopes, invoices, and other supporting materials to strengthen each claim and ensure documentation is both accurate and complete. In partnership with project managers and estimators, you'll build strong case justifications, advocate for fair settlements, and track every detail within our CRM system.
