While technical experience with fire alarm systems is helpful, here's what it takes to succeed in this role :
- Some formal sales experience is requiredexperience selling a service (vs. a product) is a plus
- You must be eager to learn Fire Protection Systemswe'll train you, but you need to be committed to the learning curve
- Strong computer skills are a mustproficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required
- Familiarity with Hubspot, and / or ServiceTrade is a plus (but not required)
- You must be a people personbuilding strong customer relationships is at the core of this role
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and attitude
- Ability to obtain NICET Level I certification in Fire Alarm
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrationProficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a teamWhat we offer :
