Remote Funding Manager

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Funding Manager to lead the development of their new funding department.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute loan funding across multiple states (wet and dry)

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows for the funding team

Ensure TRID compliance, CD delivery accuracy, and investor requirements are met

Required Qualifications

Recent experience as a mini-correspondent funder team lead or funding manager within the last 12 months

Experience funding multi-state pipelines with TRID, compliance, and investor knowledge

Proven experience in building or improving funding processes
