💼 About the Role
As a Perk Partner Sales, you’ll be responsible for building our network of local business partners in Lincoln. This is a pure growth role : identifying, pitching, and signing local businesses that want to reach thousands of students through exclusive deals and promotions on Housr . You’ll be a trusted advisor to local business owners, showing them how partnering with Housr increases visibility and foot traffic.
This is a high-energy, self-driven role with uncapped earning potential for those who can build and manage their own pipeline effectively.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Proactively identify and target local businesses in food, retail, fitness, and services. You’ll own your pipeline and be expected to consistently add new prospects.
- Outreach & Pitches : Engage business owners and decision-makers, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and close new partnership deals.
- Market Insight : Stay on top of local business trends and student preferences to anticipate opportunities and strengthen your pitch.
- Relationship Building : Establish long-term connections with partners and position housr as a trusted growth channel for their business.
- Promotion Design : Collaborate with partners to craft attractive student discounts and campaigns that stand out in the app.
- Targets & Metrics : Consistently hit and exceed monthly new-partner targets, using SMART planning to organize your daily activity.
