Job Summary

As a Sr. Payroll Analyst, you will be key in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud and GL Accounting to support payroll processing, account reconciliations, and system enhancements, working closely with cross-functional partners across Payroll, Accounting, and HRIS.

Your Key Job Functions

• Understanding end-to-end payroll using Oracle Payroll Cloud, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Review and reconcile payroll GL entries; collaborate with accounting for month-end close activities.
• Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and partner with HRIS / IT to resolve system challenges.
• Monitor and maintain costing configurations and balance adjustments.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of Oracle Payroll Cloud updates and enhancements.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with audits and compliance activities, including year-end processing.
• Foster strong partnerships across Payroll, Accounting, HRIS, and Technology teams.
