Payroll Clerk – Service Company | Santa Ana (John Wayne Airport Area)

We’re partnering with a well-established service company near John Wayne Airport to find their next  Payroll Clerk . This is a  temp-to-hire  opportunity with a  hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)  and a strong path to grow.

You’ll process electronic and manual timecards, enter hours into an in-house payroll system, handle garnishments, and resolve payroll questions. You’ll be part of a collaborative team with another processor and a Payroll Supervisor who will support your success.

What You’ll Need :

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• Experience with payroll software (ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, Great Plains, or similar)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Desire to learn, grow, and work as part of a team
