Team Lead for Africa

A company is looking for a Team Lead - Africa who will manage a team of Research Specialists focusing on in-depth research and user relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Research Specialists, prioritize projects, and monitor quality to maintain high standards of client service

Interact with government users to build and maintain relationships and provide training on online platforms

Oversee research and writing tasks, ensuring products meet program standards and proactively develop reports on emerging topics

Required Qualifications

Experience working with the US government or military and in international relations or development

Experience producing research products on international topics

Experience reviewing work for clarity, organization, and quality

US citizenship and ability to acquire a security clearance

Experience with a relevant program
