Pay Information

$1,930 per week

About The Position

  • Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families.
  • Maintain documentation per hospital and professional standards.
  • Care for diverse patient populations : infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ months recent Med-Surg experience (required)
  • Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license
  • BLS (AHA) & NIH Stroke Scale certification
  • Updated resumé, skills checklist, and 2 references
