- Deliver on Visa DPS credit strategy and roadmap for our Commercial Card portfolio (including BNPL), turning network changes into market-ready capabilities that drive client value and revenue.
What you'll do
Build and evolve network specifications supporting Authorization, Back-office, Settlement, and Reporting for Visa Commercial Cards.Translate network mandates and enhancements into clear business requirements, partnering with Technology to deliver, and with Client Services to land changes smoothly.Shepherd commercial network requirements and enhancements end-to-endrequirements, prioritization, development, testing, documentation, and client rolloutowning outcomes, not just artifacts.Advance core commercial credit features : L2 / L3 data, invoice and statement presentment, interchange optimization, virtual card issuance, and sophisticated spend controls.Support day-to-day operations and field escalations, working closely with clients and internal partners to resolve issues and capture actionable learningsWhat you bring
Deep subject-matter expertise in commercial credit payment processing, ideally with Visa DPS and Commercial Card rails.Proven product delivery across network or processor-driven enhancements and complex back-office flows.Technical fluency to engage on specs, file formats, and settlement / reporting nuancesplus the curiosity to dig in.Operator mindset : structured problem solving, bias for action, and comfort rolling up your sleeves with Tech, Ops, and Clients.What you'll love

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDBachelor's degree in related subject area : Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.Detail oriented, with outstanding organizational skills, delivery, and sound decision-making ability.Ability to analyze sophisticated technical issues and provide direction toward resolution.Strong communication skills listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Collaborative approach with the ability to debate ideas with colleagues and partners in order to align on the best path forward.Comfortable with ambiguity and change. Works successfully with a high level of independence.Knowledge of the commercial payment industry and authorization processingExposure to credit payments ecosystem and lifecycle such as commercial cards credit processing, corporate cards hierarchies, acquisition, card benefits, credit ledger, credit payment / repayment, rebates, rewards, physical or digital card fulfillment and cardholder correspondenceProven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in building, commercializing and operating cross-platform products, preferred to be in credit payment spaceStrong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating cross functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at critical junctures appropriatelyProcess improvement experience including gap analysis and solution implementation.Change management certification and / or experience leading change.
